During this Northwest tour, you will explore several Iranian Azeri speaking provinces namely Zanjan, East Azerbaijan and West Azerbaijan and get amazed by their rich culture, language and traditions. In addition, in this tour we will visit impressive mosques, Armenian churches, ancient settlements and walk through the historic and busy Bazaars of Tabriz, Ardabil and Zanjan.

Your tour in Iran will start by your arrival to the IKIA. We will pick you up and transfer you to the Hotel. After a break, we will visit Iran National Museum, Golestan Palace Complex, Grand Bazaar, Milad and Azadi Towers.

We leave the hotel after breakfast to visit one of the most beautiful cities in Iran, Qazvin (that was the capital city of Persian Empire for about 50 years) and visit Qajar Traditional Bath, Jame Mosque of Qazvin, Ali-Qapu Palace, the Jewish Holy Shrine, Sa’d-al Saltaneh Caravanserai, Aminiha House and the biggest water container of western part of Iran and return to hotel afterwards.

Today we leave the hotel for Zanjan Province and on the way, we visit Soltaniyeh Dome or as it said in Farsi “Gonbad-e Soltaniyeh” is the oldest double-shell dome in Iran, and one of the third largest dome in the world after the dome of Florence Cathedral in Italy, and Hagia Sophia dome in Turkey. You will visit Rakhtshooy Khaneh Historical Edifice and Grand Bazaar.

In the morning we will leave Zanjan to Tabriz Province which is one of the most important cities in Iran that you must visit, not only because of the historical and cultural aspect but also due to the economic, industrial and political influences that the city has in the country and visit Grand Bazaar, The Blue Mosque (also known as Masjid-e Kabud), National Museum and Qajar Museum ( Amir Nezam House )

The morning will start by driving to Jolfa and visit Saint Stepanos Armenian Monastery then drive to Urmia and visit Lake Urmia .

We will visit one of the oldest churches all around the world and finally we will fly back to Tehran from Urmia.

Today the tour ends, we will visit Sa’dabad Complex (known as Kakh-e Sa’ad abaad is a 300 hectare complex built by the Qajar and Pahlavi monarchs ) and Niavaran Palace Complex, Tajrish Bazaar and Darband, and then you will be transferred to the IKIA.
